The staff were great. I was greeted with a smile and the kindest person with red hair. He was never lost his smile which you don't see anymore. He made sure we knew were all of the amenities were, gave the time for breakfast and explained how to use the coupons, made sure we had our bag of water and chocolate, all while maintaining a smile. It really goes a long way. In the morning the waitress was so kind to my family. She checked tables, got people seated and brought out food all while never looking like it was too much. She also maintained a smile and had the sweetest voice to compliment her wonderful personality. I wish I knew their names to send a special thank you! My experience made me very proud to be a Hilton honors member.

Huge (quiet) Sports bar on lower level, serves food & drinks open till 10 PM swimming pool (indoor ) is a + Free guest parking BUTT... DON'T CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL WITHOUT KEEPING YOUR KEY CARD ON YOU. BECAUSE IT'S REQUIRED TO OPEN THE PARKING LOT GATE WHEN EXITING THE LOT. (NOBODY TOLD US THAT!) I HAD TO GO BACK INTO BUILDING THREE TIMES BEFORE I COULD GET OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.!!!

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .

Actually I loved the room where the breakfast was served. I wasn't wild about the eggs, but the breakfast otherwise was good. I liked the ease of going into the hospital by the corridors. The restaurants nearby were nice. The staff people were all great.
