Hilton Garden Inn Albany Medical Center

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .

The location was great, right in the middle of the city. Parking was a bit small but wasnt too bad. Our first room was giving my partner a bit of an allergic reaction like there was a pet there recently and had a bad nights sleep after our long drive there, we got a cleaner room the next morning so only really had one bad night. Breakfast was good and it was a nice sitting area for us to eat. The hotel was located in a great location where you can walk to a park down the street or to a nice place to eat.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple. There is a restaurant, Bank Atm,Starbucks and Gym on the premise. Very convenient if you do not want to leave the hotel. Hotel is in good walking distance to the park. There are other restaurants within walking distance and a cvs pharmacy . Security to access room is a plus. And check out is at 12pm so no need to wake up super early.

right in the downtown area, 10min walk from Washington park. parking was easy and free, and the front desk girls were very nice and perky. also they made our stay a bit nicer by surprising us with some extras due to it being our anniversary!
